Shipping Policy – UK Orders

Shipping Costs:
We're delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all UK orders.

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which provides tracking from dispatch to delivery. This service typically delivers within 2–3 working days after the order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your parcel through the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your parcel is delayed, please check the Royal Mail tracking information first, as delivery times can occasionally be extended due to high demand or adverse weather.

  • If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a claim through Royal Mail.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional Notes:

  • Royal Mail may require a signature upon delivery for higher-value items.
