28-Day Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in brand new, resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
We cannot accept returns if the item is worn, damaged or generally not fit for resale (e.g smells of aftershave, deodorant, body odor).
Items with tags removed will not be refunded.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please log in to your store account, open your order history and select 'Request Return'. Once your return is approved, you will receive a pre paid Royal Mail returns label. The returns postage will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges, but we’re happy to assist you in placing a new order for any item you’d like.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items or gift cards may be excluded from this policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
